changing speed

For some clips I would like them to be in slow motion. This meant I had to edit them, i did this by selecting the clip I wanted modified, clicking the little cog to change settings. Then a pop up appeared, where I could alter the speed, either slow it down or speed it up along with several other options to edit to clip.
